Manages the Configuration Management Database configuration engineers. . Manages the configuration of the ServiceNow platform and the federated Configuration Management Database in alignment with strategic company objectives to maximize return-on-investment of the platform. . Designs, configures, implements and maintains automated Configuration Management Database population and reconciliation processes. . Works with subject matter experts (SMEs) across lines of business to translate their needs into requirements, recommend best practices to accomplish their goals, and implement & test technical solutions that digitize, automate, and integrate business processes and workflows. . Supports business unit and technical support teams in the design and implementation of automated discovery & data federation into the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database. . Develops Configuration Management processes, procedures, and standards. . Matures processes and KPIs to improve Configuration Management effectiveness. . Monitors Configuration Management Database health and resolve conflicts between authoritative production data sources. . Works with technical support and operations teams to integrate infrastructure alerts and performance data from infrastructure management tools into ServiceNow. . Correlates Asset, Event, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge data with the Configuration Management Database. . Integrates with and supports the ServiceNow Administration team.
