Job Summary

Responsible for managing, monitoring, and supporting SAP Business one HANA systems, Windows Server environments, and overall IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

SAP HANA Administration

Install, configure, and maintain SAP HANA databases Perform HANA system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting Manage HANA backups, restores, and disaster recovery procedures Apply SAP Business one HANA patches, upgrades, and revisions Coordinate with SAP Basis, functional, and application teams

Windows Server Administration

Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies Monitor server health, logs, and system performance Handle patch management, antivirus, and security hardening Perform server backup and recovery operations

Infrastructure Management

Manage physical and virtual servers (VMwar) Monitor network components (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches) Ensure system availability, uptime, and SLA compliance Support infrastructure-related incidents and root cause analysis

Security & Compliance

Implement infrastructure security best practices Manage user access, roles, and permissions Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation Ensure data protection and disaster recovery readiness

Documentation & Support

Maintain system architecture, SOPs, and technical documentation Provide KT (Knowledge Transfer) and support to team members Support for office and branch for network and system issues.

Experience

8+ years of experience in SAP HANA, Windows Server, or Infrastructure support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
