Adhaan Solution Private Limited Role Manager \xe2\x80\x93 IT Infrastructure Department IT Job Objectives Infrastructure manager design and execute long-term plans that assure a company\'s infrastructure capacity remains up-to-date. Manages overall IT day to day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance and end user satisfaction. Provide leadership in planning and managing computer operations and production support, systems and database administration and network operations. Ensure system performance . Job Responsibilities

• Managing complete IT Infrastructure (including Workstation, Servers, Network Services, and Peripherals and network systems
• Acting as single point of contact for IT Infrastructure deployment across several locations and implementing effective infra solutions to support business initiatives;
• Actively providing remote infrastructure support to outstation locations; providing database backup on regular basis.
• Responsible for managing overall IT day to day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance and end user satisfaction. Provide leadership in planning and managing computer operations support, data center, systems and database administration, and network operations.
• Manage IT resource requirements to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands.
• Implement IT continuous improvement programs.
• Provide in depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives.
• Assess the relative impact of IT industry trends to current and future enterprise infrastructure need and projects.
• Analyze and predict trend and develop long range plans designed to maintain cost effectiveness.

Qualification
