GRAVTON MOTORS Position: Manager / Asst Manager (Investments) Requirements Location: Hyderabad / Qualification: MBA Finance Nature of role: Fund Raising Experience required: +2 years in a start-up environment as part of a successful fund-raising team. Background Gravton is one of the most exciting, emerging EV companies of India, with a product portfolio extending from the funky QUANTA, to the tough QRX, to the futuristic ARQ. Gravton was founded on the idea that electric vehicles can contribute to sustainable living, provided they replicate the convenience of conventional ICE vehicles. Gravton is in the process of concluding Series A funding, and is now heading towards the next round of expansion. https://www.gravton.com/ In order to fuel its next stages of growth, Gravton is in the process of raising the next round of funding. To enable that, Gravton would like to appoint a young resource who will work closely with the Founder / CEO. This role will be tasked with complete ownership of investment pitch preparation, supporting the Founder / CEO with the actual pitch process, and post-pitch relationship management with potential investors. His / her inputs will include (and not limited to) secondary research, financial modelling, competitive benchmarking, and most importantly, an ability to project a growth path for Gravton that is credible and impactful for investors. Candidate Profile The successful candidate will have been part of a successful fund-raising team in the past, ideally from the transportation world (but not mandatory). He / she will have a demonstrated comfort with numbers, data analysis and basic financial modelling (assisted by the Gravton finance team). He / she will be available to travel on short notice, and when required, will be comfortable working late hours (compensated with time off later). He / she will be self-starter, problem solver, result oriented and highly motivated individual, who understands that his / her success is linked directly with the organisation\'s success.
