The manager will be responsible for the preparation and distribution of various internal financial statements to management, maintenance of the organization's general ledger, and ensuring that all transactions and documentation comply with IFRS/IAS or other international GAAPS.

What you will be doing:

• Managing accounting records
• Ensuring compliance with regulations/Accounting GAAPS
• Publishing financial statements-Live and comprehensive P&L and cash flow reporting and analysis along with a Strong understanding of the balance sheet, esp. debt management overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure coordinating auditing processes and ensuring the accuracy of financial information
• Cash flow management
• Preparing and sharing all the financial scorecards to monitor the progress of Month-end closing
• Financial Statements and Balance Sheet reconciliation
• Driving tech integration for all the financial solutions and lines for a system-driven execution
• Stakeholder management - effective internal and external stakeholder management to drive complete visibility and max clarity for payments
• Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Coordinate with various teams and perform complex analyses and prepare reports to summarize financial data
• Monitor and perform studies to interpret financial actions and modify accounting processes and provide technical advice and recommend improvements for same
• Analyze all financial reports and assist in improvement and execution process, review all learning releases, administer investor presentations and conference calls scripts to ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance to all reporting requirements, file quarterly forms according to current requirements, and document new rules/Accounting Memos
• Develop and maintain supporting documents for all financial reports and evaluate it for various departments and committees
• Coordinate with various departments and prepare recurring financial reporting packages

Who we’re looking for:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant/CFA with strong controllership and transition experience or large businesses
• Post qualification experience of 6-12 years of experience
• Experience in month-end/quarter-end/year-end close for IFRS and ideally other international GAAPs
• Reporting and Consolidation of activities for international entities
• Advance user of Microsoft office suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and ability to communicate with onshore stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in Analytical tools like Microsoft PowerBi, and Tableau would be a plus
• Quick to collaborate and coordinate with the team and other team members when necessary
• Experience in NetSuite, SAP, Anaplan, and OneStream would be a plus
• A contractual role for a period of 8 to 12 months
