Job Description

International Business Development Manager

- Responsible for business's expansion into international markets by researching market trends and developing partnerships with key international partners.

- Drive sales representatives to attain business growth objectives through new business wins and capturing market share

- Be a strategic partner to C-level and senior executives and focus purely on establishing new business relationships (sales, partnership, licensing, distribution, OEM, etc.) with non-client organizations that can be converted into key accounts.

- Identify, qualify and sign up new distributors globally.

- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to prospecting through close.

- Lead and close complex business development processes using our value selling proposition.

- Collaborate with internal resources and external networks to prioritize and penetrate critical accounts; quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to drive net new business.

- Timely and accurate revenue forecasting.

- Compliance in utilizing internal sales enablement tools and processes.

- Utilize account planning and time management tools to drive an increase of revenue to an assigned quota.

- Providing daily sales prospects and new business reporting

- Develop and implement Global E-Commerce strategies for expansion while ensuring strategies align with the overall business model

- Performing ad-hoc analysis and strategic competitive business reviews

- Support assigned market in areas of Operational Marketing, Global Branding, Product Development and Operations/Supply Chain

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA from a Premier B School with 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within the Manufacturing industry with proven success. Prior experience working with international clients preferred.

2. Professional and high standards in personal presentation. Ability to represent the company professionally, ethically, and morally at all times.

3. Ability to manage relationships under stress and meet deadlines.

4. Ability to work and think independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously.

5. Demonstrated ability to lead with strong communication, interpersonal and listening skills.

6. Must be self-motivated and able to achieve shared objectives while utilizing effective selling techniques.

7. Ability to maintain a customer-centric, service-oriented mindset while maintaining enthusiasm and perseverance.

8. Effective negotiation and persuasion skills are required.

9. Must possess solid critical thinking skills and be able to anticipate and solve problems in a systematic manner.
