Description Career Stream Human Resources Role Name Lead - COE Objective In this role the incumbent would be responsible for enhancing employee engagement by improving and maintaining a positive and inclusive culture of collaboration and continuous professional development also would be responsible for creating and driving the People Strategy for the organization so as to add value to business. The incumbent will plan, direct, and coordinate how much an organization pays its employees and how employees are paid. Also this role is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the development of the organization, driving performance to ensure that BSL achieves its Strategic Objective as set out. Acts of Responsibilities . Program Management for Employee Engagement initiatives - own and drive social engagement activities across locations - plan for annual calendar, budget allocation and monitor execution of events/ processes at all locations/ BUs/Geos. . Vendor management - Maintain relationships with existing vendors. Identify new vendors for various activities of department. Ensure the desired result from engagement with Vendors. . Business Assessment and Opportunity Identification: Assess business challenges, diagnose opportunities and make recommendations that positively impact leadership, organizational effectiveness and Talent strategy. Contribute to Leadership & Organizational Development strategy. Should understand the Business and Industry context and should be aware of best industry practices to recommend policies, guidelines and process design solutions . Talent Management & Organisation development - Work with company Leadership to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work environment for employees. Monitor employee performance and progress, foster cross-functional relationships. Set the organization\'s pay structure and benefits offerings, Determine competitive wage rates and develop or modify compensation plans. Oversee the distribution of pay and benefits information to the organization\'s employees. Ensure Pay parity, pay and benefits plans comply with federal and state regulations. . Change management - Should lead the change management for various organization initiatives done by the department
