Account Executives

The Account Executive will be responsible for growth of the business and client relationship management at prospect accounts.

  • Acting as the point of contact for clients and prospects.
  • Identifying potential new clients.
  • Identifying and implementing best practices.
  • Organizing meetings with clients about their needs.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance.
  • Handling budgets and client invoices.
  • Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients' experience.
  • Identify prospective clients and expand the current client network
  • Develop a good sales pitch after conducting thorough market research and analysis of market trends
  • Handle all processes within a sales cycle which includes starting from pitching to when it is time to close the deal.
  • Attend regular meetings with clients and keep close contact with them
  • Nurture SQL leads via different channels like calling, telephone, networking.
  • Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to make sure their needs are fulfilled
  • Present and demonstrate the values of products and services offered by the company to prospective buyers in a convincing manner
  • Find key trends in the industry through data analysis.
  • Stay updated with the company's products/services and industry trends.
  • Maintain a database consisting of contact information
  • Find out ways to upsell and cross-sell to key accounts and build and nurture relationships with clients
  • Attend all sales meetings and any training sessions that are required by the management
  • Handle negotiations and any potential issues or concerns
Background and experience
  • 5 years' experience with strong sales, delivery, relationship management and account management experience in the Analytics services industry
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree. Additional MBA degree highly preferred.
  • Extensive work experience in a global delivery center and client sites;
  • Experience of working in a Global Delivery Model as a sales executive;
  • Proven capability to building relationships with middle and senior management in clients;
  • Deep Account Management and Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of customer relations management software and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of industry specific products, services and solutions;
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
  • Good knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
