Manager Incubation
Job Description
To organise events to promote collaborations and technology tie-ups with business start-ups and investors. Design and develop process of evaluating startups and their Incubation within the company. Search and Create pool of Expert Panels for evaluation Create Startup Studio and development of facilities towards organizing corporate events and workshops. Facilitate engagements with Research and Innovation. Hunting and onboarding deserving start-ups. Conducting Outreach program for Community development for Startups. Development of strategies for the Incubator s revenue Funding. Handling day-to-day Incubator Operations. Drafting and finalisation of MOU agreements. Education and Experience An Engineering Graduate with Master s degree in Business Administration preferably in Marketing or International Business. 5-8 years of experience in the relevant field Commercial experience in must Good experience in handling Incubator operations Skills Excellent communication and techno commercial acumen. Proactive and self-driven individual Ability to handle and manage multiple priorities Setting and executing the business deadlines. A high sense of responsibility, passion for achieving goals with excellence. Possess understanding of emerging technologies such as robotics, AI, blockchain and autonomous vehicles. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
