Job Description

The Offering Manager for the portfolio acts as an entrepreneur, strategist, technical visionary, cross-functional team leader, and client advocate. The OM will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and roadmap for the services portfolio, working along with the various stakeholders across the organization. The OM will be responsible for the overall success of the services portfolio, as defined by the revenue, customers and cloud competency & partnerships attained.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
20 Years IT experience, with 8 years of practice/offering roles
Demonstrated business experience and expertise in developing public and private cloud-based offerings, products and services
Min of 6 years experience driving cloud services and offerings products
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and self-starter
Recognized as an expert and leader by members of a field, related functions, and multi -country organizations
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Experience in developing offering & services portfolio either around cloud transformation or cloud management
Experience in developing business plans, budgets, roadmaps, GTM Strategy along with various stakeholders in the organization
Well versed in the offering/services release process, right from incubation to release and on-going enhancements
Good understanding of the market trends, competition, hyperscale strategies
Experience in create and articulate the winning strategy for the portfolio
Drive a cross-functional team of architects, sales, engineering, marketing and alliances towards the business goals
Good Understanding of hyperscale partnership programs, MSP and competency requirements
Good understanding of private cloud products and portfolio development.
Experience in driving programs with alliance teams to achieve premier partnerships with the product partners
