We are currently scouting for a Manager I to join the Financial Reporting & Analysis team in Mumbai. The prospective candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years providing financial analysis, financial support and operational recommendations to MD, Finance (Reporting & Analysis). The position will report directly to the Managing Director, Finance. We are currently operating in Hybrid model of work. The work timing for this role is 2:30pm - 11pm IST shift.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability in independent functioning
Education and/or Experience:

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a publicly held professional services company. Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required; MBA preferred. Knowledge of budget/planning and required. Knowledge of PowerBI / Adaptive Planning preferred.

Essential functions and responsibilities:
  • Financial reporting/ budgeting/ forecasting
  • Assist in completing annual budgets and 12-month rolling forecasts sing Adaptive Planning and Excel
  • Prepare and maintain a rolling 12-month cash flow forecast
  • Interpretation/analysis of business results
  • Conduct variance analysis and data support as required
  • Assist in month-end closing/cross functional support as needed
  • Keep abreast of key economic, competitive, regulatory and technological trends and developments that may impact the business\'s future profit growth by analyzing the business environment.
  • Manage a team of Financial Analysts and be responsible for their work product and deliverables
  • All other dutes as needed and assigned
  • Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
