Inviting applications for the role of Quality Assurance Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for leading a Quality Assurance team for an insurance business. You will manage the QA function with a proactive and problem-solving approach with good logical reasoning ability. You will be encouraged to have good client management skills and analytical skills. Responsibilities . Ensure 100% adherence to Quality Audit Framework . Experience in quality audit, error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments. . Accountable for the team of Quality auditors and their performance in meeting the Audit target, doing RCA, sharing insights and Risk related to the process. . Daily touch points with process QA, SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practice. . Be a consultant to the business and advice QA improvement ideas. . Plan and organize employee domain and development programs and as per the training need identification. . Align with the employee development initiatives run at the organization level. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications . Graduation in any stream except BBA, MBA, B.Tech, M.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law Preferred Qualifications . Must have a good year of experience in Quality Audit/Assurance. Preferably in Life Insurance or Insurance domain . Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills . Effective probing skills, Proactive communication & High analytical skills - should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data. . Passionate, committed to learn and make learning impact felt in the business. . Must have decision-making capability. . Problem solving skills with customer centric approach. . Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service . Good in MS Excel and Powerpoint. . Ready to work on stretched working hours. . Ability to independently interact with internal and external customers. . Excellent people management and customer management skills . Effective presentation skills . Focus on Customer satisfaction.
