Job Summary . Manager - Human Resources Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' The job will ensure that employees receive their settlement within 2 days of exit. The incumbent needs to ensure all inputs related to settlements are up to date every day, and ready for processing. Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - . Ensure all settlement inputs are available & up to date for all exiting employees . Ensure inputs are sent for payroll processing within the timeline resulting in settlements within 2 days of exit . Prepare & update all necessary trackers for instant processing of F&F statements . Ensure all relieving/service letters & alumni portal accesses are shared along with the settlement . Manage queries related to settlements through proper understanding & coordination with payroll team 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) . Collecting & collating inputs on a daily basis from all stakeholders . Understanding of payroll system in close coordination with payroll team 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) . Release of settlements . Release & upload of exit related documents on Alumni portal 6.
