Main Purpose: Partner with Business to define and implement the overall business strategy for the respective unit Assist business/ line managers in making balanced business decisions while advocating for appropriate employee interventions Lead & anchor employee engagement at the location Provide local grievance handling through strong employee relationships Serve as a trusted employee advisor at all levels Responsible for linking, translating and integrating HR work and priorities with business/ line managers Deliver recurring HR services and processes in partnership with COE teams Responsibilities Effectively partner with Business to anticipate and provide appropriate solutions to deliver desired business results Feed local pulse to HRBP and Business Leader Ensure policy consistency/compliance Provide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent Help line managers solve business problems (turnover, absenteeism, etc ) Key point of contact for grievance handling for the respective population Assist TA to identify local sources of The role will also cater to admin related accountabilities catering to the unit Partner with COE to: Execute tools/ programs to drive employee engagement Execute communications Develop local succession plans Play an active role in PepsiCo values/ culture/ engagement work (leveraging COE work for local activation) Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies Qualifications Skills and Behavioural Attributes: Functional Competencies Able to build trust and sustainable interpersonal relationships Coaching skills Business Partnering & Consulting skills Able to gain strong Local Business Knowledge, Insights and Cultural nuances Leverage understanding of key business drivers in own area to get results Matrix Management Strong HR execution skills Leadership and Individual Effectiveness/HROM Behaviours Balances competing priorities without losing momentum behind execution Quickly analyses complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions Translates strategies into plans that can be effectively executed Influences others through reasoning and relationships Leverages understanding of key business drivers in own area to get results Anticipates issues and questions and provides effective solutions Succeeding in virtual communities Internal consultancy skills Qualification : MBA in HR from top institute with 2-4 years of experience Experience in Handling frontline employees is preferred HRBP experience preferred
