Plan and execute recruitment for all departments (Sales, Service, Body Shop, Accounts, Admin).
Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs.
Maintain updated manpower strength and attrition reports.

Coordinate Honda's dealer-level training programs.
Identify training needs and ensure timely skill development.
Track employee performance and training effectiveness.
3? HR Operations & Compliance
Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave records.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act).
Maintain employee files and HR audits.
4? Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle grievances, counselling, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct engagement activities, welfare programs, and feedback sessions.
Maintain positive work culture and communication across departments.
5? Performance & Appraisal
Implement performance appraisal systems as per Honda standards.
Coordinate KPI/KRA setting with department heads.
Recommend promotions, increments, and incentives.
6? Reporting
Submit HR dashboards and monthly MIS to management and Honda corporate HR.
Support dealer audits and compliance reviews.
