Manager HR
- He/ She will be responsible for Recruitment and Hiring of employees as per the requirements of the organization.
- To develop and implement Training and Development activities in collaboration with
departmental HODs.
- To maintain Employer-Employee Relations and uphold the value and culture of the organization.
- To Manage Compensation and Employee Benefits as per the law of the land and legal statutory.
- Create a Safe Work Environment for all employees and maintain work place safety.
- Handle Disciplinary Actions as and when required with integrity and transparency.
- Responsible for the employee welfare services, reward and recognitions, performance management and managing grievances.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Qualifications: MBA in HR with minimum 5 years of experience in a Generalist role.
- Prior experience of working in a startup is preferable
