Incumbent will be responsible for spear heading the enterprise orientation from planning, implementation, governance and improvising. Bring in data-driven insights, analytics & market best practices. The job holder is expected to be the \'eyes and ears\' for first 30 day experience for new employees and facilitate and influence any change management. There is nothing on E Bandhan Further the role should have IT enhancements in Disha for New Hire - the tiles etc. we were talking about KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, implement, manage and govern the new employee experience for first 30 days Work with leaders from various functions to ensure the required is planned and up to date Bring in data-driven insights, analytics & market best practices Build and maintain relationships with Hiring managers and HR BPs to ensure excellent new hire experience Help in identification, implementation and adoption of Digitization wherever possible Accountable for the delivery of a standardized efficient service for Bandhan- employee orientation program Analyze and publish the feedback with key highlights and clear to dos. Define strategies for improvement and management. Share findings and recommendations to business stakeholders to support future planning.
