Incumbent will be responsible for spear heading the enterprise orientation from planning, implementation, governance and improvising. Bring in data-driven insights, analytics & market best practices. The job holder is expected to be the \'eyes and ears\' for first 30 day experience for new employees and facilitate and influence any change management. Define strategies for improvement and management. Share findings and recommendations to business stakeholders to support future planning.
