Manager - HR

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage the recruitment and selection process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, payroll, etc.) in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Oversee performance appraisal systems and support training and development programs.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations.

Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage manpower planning.

Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Prepare HR reports for management review.

Support policy development, implementation, and communication.

Qualification

MBA

Experience

5+ years experience as HR Manager
