Job Description


Responsible for strategic development, implementation, administration and budgeting of global HR strategic company initiatives. Manage and develop a team of HR professional staff.

Leads a small team maintaining and/or implementing HR policies and procedures. Supervises the development, deployment and execution of business requirements and compliance standards. Identifies HR goals, objectives, and metrics; analyzes business needs and prioritizes workloads for team members. Advise managers and employees on HR practices and procedures. Implement global company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. benefit programs, manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, employee well-being and training assessment). Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the HR team. Trains and mentors staff. May perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 6 years Human Resources experience in a high technology environment. Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in a related field. Key skills and abilities include coaching, business acumen, influencing, facilitation, presentation, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Familiarity of HRIS systems. Ability to travel as needed. Strong ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written, with the ability to conduct business with managers and employees at all levels. Must be able to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications.

Play an important role in leading the HR group as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line management staff. Develop and implement global company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., benefit programs, manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment). Advise managers and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Ensures staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental specifications.

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. Demonstrated leadership skills.
