Job Description

HR Systems & Data:

Administer HRIS, ensure data accuracy, manage security, and oversee payroll/benefits processing.

Compliance & Policy:

Ensure adherence to labor laws, implement HR policies, and manage audits.

Employee Lifecycle:

Oversee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and support employee relations.

Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies, design new workflows, and implement HR technology for automation.

Reporting & Analytics:

Generate HR reports, analyze data for trends, and support strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership:

Supervise HR staff, provide guidance, and develop staff skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?540,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
