Designation: Manager

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose:

As the Manager - Corporate IT (HR Technology), you will play a crucial role in driving and implementing various HR technology initiatives across multiple facets such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Rewards, Employee Listening, and other critical HR processes. This role demands strategic execution, where you\'ll leverage your expertise to enhance operational efficiency and user experience through the effective deployment of HR technology solutions

Roles & Responsibilities: * Strategic Oversight:

  • Take ownership and lead the execution of HR technology initiatives aligned with organizational and HR strategies.
  • Offer strategic guidance, leveraging your deep understanding of HR technology trends to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Project Leadership:
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of diverse HR technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to introduce new tools and maintain a robust Digital HR Technology landscape.
  • Technology Proficiency:
  • Stay updated with the latest HR technology trends, fostering improvements in user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Expand expertise in HR Data Management, People Analytics, and HR Process Automation through self-learning and relevant certifications.
  • Change Management and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive change management initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of digital HR solutions.
  • Partner with Corporate HR, Business HR CoEs, and People Experience Center to fortify the data foundation and streamline people processes using digital platforms.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization:
  • Analyze HR data, identifying digitization opportunities, analyzing outcomes, and determining visualization requirements.
  • Support in implementing HR Data Warehousing solutions by integrating all data sources and help provide data-driven insights to the HR department.
  • Innovation and Advanced Analytics:
  • Provide inputs for develop new KPIs and Data Models for Advanced Analytics Use Cases.
  • Conduct periodic audits of HR data and operational parameters to drive ongoing improvements.
Educational Qualification: A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or an MBA in HR.

Experience: 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in HR Technology or related fields.

Skills:

(Must Have)
  • Proven experience in HR processes digitalization and creating business cases for HR Tech solutions
  • Experience in overseeing implementations of HR technologies like SAP SuccessFactors for various HR processes.
  • Strong Techno-Functional understanding of Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Development, Compensation, Payroll, Time Management, Benefits Administration, Employee Survey, Grievance Management, and Employee Helpdesk processes.
  • Exposure to some of the leading SaaS HRMS products and an understanding of HRMS Data Structure.
  • Good understanding of Data Warehousing or BI solutions using HR data from major cloud based HRMS solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle).
  • Experience in People Analytics with knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Proven track record in managing IT projects within stipulated budgets and timelines,
  • Proficiency in change management initiatives, including preparation of training guides, SOPs, and conducting training sessions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to comprehend HR data, identify digitalization needs, and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with project financial management and budgeting.
((Nice to Have)
  • Business Analyst certification.
  • IT project management certification (e.g., Project Management Professionals certification).
  • Familiarity with Data Science tools and techniques, including exposure to R or Python for data and statistical analysis.
