Designation: Manager

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose:

As the Manager - Corporate IT (Web Apps & Analytics), you will spearhead diverse technology initiatives across various corporate functions and processes, including HR, focusing on developing web applications utilizing Microsoft Power Apps and Azure Web Apps platforms. Your primary responsibility will encompass creating impactful Power BI Dashboards across multiple functions, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities: * Strategic Application Development:

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of web applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Azure Web Apps across different corporate functions.
  • Align the development roadmap with the overall organizational strategy to enhance operational effectiveness and user experience.
  • Power BI Dashboard Creation:
  • Develop and design interactive Power BI Dashboards catering to diverse functional requirements across the organization.
  • Ensure the visualization of data analytics aligns with the needs of various stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
  • Technology Expertise and Innovation:
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in web application development and analytics to drive continual improvements.
  • Enhance expertise in web application development tools, Microsoft Power Apps, Azure Web Apps, and Power BI through self-learning and certifications.
  • Collaboration and Change Management:
  • Collaborate with various corporate functions, including HR, to understand their requirements and implement web applications that optimize processes.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of developed applications.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Analyze data across corporate functions to identify opportunities for developing web applications that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Support data-driven insights generation and implementation to improve processes and performance across departments.
  • Continuous Improvement and Analytics Enhancement:
  • Identify, propose, and implement new KPIs and analytical models to enhance the analytics capabilities of developed web applications.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of web applications and analytics processes.
  • UI/UX Focus:
  • Ensure the integration of UI/UX design principles into the development process, aiming for user-centric, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces in web applications.
  • Oversee and improve UI/UX aspects in the ongoing enhancement and development of web applications, emphasizing usability and user satisfaction.
Educational Qualification:
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any Engineering stream or MBA degree in HR
  • Certification in Data Science/ People Analytics
Experience:
  • 8 - 15 years of experience
Skills:

(Must Have)
  • Proficiency in developing web applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Azure Web Apps.
  • Extensive experience in creating impactful Power BI Dashboards across multiple functional areas.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with web application development tools and technologies.
  • Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills to work across diverse functional areas.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX principles and best practices for web application design and development.
  • Experience in creating user-centric designs, wireframes, and prototypes for web applications.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and ensuring compliance in web application interfaces.
  • Ability to gather user requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experiences across devices.
(Nice to Have)
  • Relevant certifications in web application development, Microsoft Power Apps, or Power BI.
  • Exposure to advanced analytics tools or programming languages for data and statistical analysis.
