Position Overview: The Diligent HR team seeks a highly motivated and analytical individual who is eager to enhance his/her HR experience and impact a dynamic, growing global technology organization. Reporting to the Senior Director Total Rewards & HR Systems, this multifaceted role focuses on HR Systems, Reporting & Analytics and improving operational processes while working on programs that truly impact our people and our business. The Manager, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) will provide strategic direction and analysis to oversee the organization\'s human resource information systems. This includes system configuration, business process management, report governance and management, data integrity, integrations support and security maintenance. The role will create both short and long-term goals and objectives for system design, operations, processes, data flows, security, reporting, and analytics. This role will also have a high level of collaboration with Information Technology and Human Resources teams to implement improvements in functionality, systems integrations, and training where necessary for an excellent employee experience. The ideal candidate is not only extremely analytical but possesses a natural curiosity regarding Human Resources processes, procedures and their impact on the business. The role partners with all members of our HR team, interacts with employees and managers at all levels of the organization, and requires operational immersion into the inner workings of an HR department and a detailed understanding of HR processes and procedures. In particular, the role requires an understanding of the partnership between HR and other departments (Finance, Legal, IT) in ensuring the efficiency of our infrastructure and the relationship between human capital and organizational success. This role will be expected to play a key part in M&A integration activities and support the organization as it continues to scale and grow. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a HRIS partner supporting Total Rewards areas, including Compensation, Benefits, Performance/Goals and Reporting.
  • Work with the Director, Total Rewards as well as leaders within HR to further develop a strategy to optimize the Oracle (or current HRIS) platform to meet business objectives.
  • Proactively identifies and recommends opportunities for operational excellence and process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies and drive automation in our technologies and better support business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all functions (HR, Finance, IT, Operations) to maintain and develop processes that will create a best in class HR operations platform and an excellent employee experience.
  • Lead projects and outsourced development teams; obtain key partner buy-in, develop requirements, build/test, prepare for change management, go-live and conduct post-mortem feedback improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
  • Oversight and responsibility for data integrity audits, reporting findings to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Be the point person for Oracle business requirements and for prioritization of HCM requirements from the business.
  • Implement HR Systems enhancements, within our global HR systems portfolio/landscape, and assist in HR technology roadmap development.
  • Assist with the design, development and support of HR integrations.
  • Support change management including development of user procedures, reference guides, system training support and other documentation as needed.
  • Ensures the proper security administration, configuration and system processes are in place and appropriately maintained and that they comply with internal and external audit standards.
  • Maintain awareness of vendor plans and the potential impact of those plans on current and future HRIS functionality.
  • Identify key metrics to monitor HRIS utilization, identify trends and drive efficiency and scale.
  • Manage a team of technology partners included but not limited to: Oracle, JobVite, OrgChartNow and ServiceNow to support business needs and employee experience.
  • Partner with HR team to systematically support annual processes including performance reviews, goal setting and compensation planning.
  • Provide support relating to compliance and reporting obligations (i.e. EEO-1, VETS-4212, AAP, 401k NDT, etc.)
Required Experience/Skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree required, preferably in business, computer science and/or human resources
  • 5 years of HR Technology experience, 3+ years SaaS experience preferably Oracle
  • Working Knowledge and experience with languages such as SQL and automation tools
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, proficiency building reports and using MS Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity
  • Proven ability to acquire and apply new technical skills quickly
  • Demonstrable Project Management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, analyze data and communicate recommendations
  • Experience within a global organization and ability to interact with and influence various departments and levels of management
  • Self-motivated and comfortable navigating a dynamic, fluid environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, customer service oriented
  • Adheres to strict confidentiality requirements and protection of sensitive HR data
