Job Description

Work Location : Hyderabad Position : Manager HR Roles and Responsibilities Primary responsibilities: ? Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
? This role will be responsible for leading an efficient team in the design and implementation of effective HR systems, policies, and practices across the company.
? Responsible for the HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of an engaged workforce.? Should work on strategic HR areas, Performance and Talent Management, PMS, Leadership Development, Restructuring, Succession Planning, Change Management, and Rewards.? Develop Human Capital Strategy and tactical programs to achieve the same; in alignment with the long-range and annual plans/priorities of the business. Support and participate in the business strategy by bringing in the people context.? Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction of HR operations to ensure adherence to policies and processes. Drive the programs that future-readies the business viz. leadership development, culture, talent management, etc.Secondary responsibilities:
? Status quo on open positions: Meet with talent acquisition team in the morning and brief them on open positions and prioritize them. At EOD update the Status quo on the interview schedules and candidates selected for the respective positions.
? Co-ordinate with the talent acquisition team and validate their bandwidth to allocate priority positions which can impact the business continuity.
? Co-ordinate with every PMO and forecast the workforce planning.
? Co-ordinate with all the HOD's and PM's on succession planning as part of the internal pipeline for critical positions.
? Design a strategy to attract the best talent in the industry, thru headhunting target competitors and internal & external brand building.
? HR Induction, Onboarding, and off boarding will be your responsibility.
? Capability Building - Competency mapping for all the employees for re-skilling and up-skilling based on the gaps to be implemented. Design a template with a list of competencies in coordination with Project Managers. Initiate career pathing and deploy laterals in the team.
? Design a template for compensation banding to cap the increment for new hires.
? Design a monthly calendar for employee engagement activities and closely work with the Marketing team and publish it on e-portal and to the respective HOD's and PM's as part of the stakeholder participation. Ex- Monthly, Quarterly, and half-yearly calendar.
? Design a strategy to retain the top 20% of critical resources and 40% of the medium critical resource. Partner with stakeholders to retain, develop and motivate the employees to achieve their fullest potential.
? Evaluate the attrition pattern and initiate the retention plan for critical and infant employees.
? Revisit and update the KRA's of all the employees and communicate to Project Managers to update the KRAs of respective teams for midterm reviews. Plan and drive annual performance review including the calibration of talent across the production.
? Revisit and update HR policies, programs, and processes on top priority and make sure its effective implementation.
? Design new HR policies and keep them as a draft for stakeholders' approval.
? Resolving payroll and leave-related grievances. Plan a strategy for administrative cost-cutting and reducing overheads. Strategy for HR Interventions in regard to job satisfaction and work environment.
? Analyze all the exit formalities to understand the top 3 reasons for separation and work around a strategy to overcome it.
? COE activity to be implemented on a priority basis as part of employee learning opportunity.
? Identifying the training need and plan a calendar (Technical and soft skills). The workshop will be conducted every Saturday.
? Provide operational support to ensure employee life cycle experience is exceptional.
? Provide a work environment with job level playing and transparency as part of cultural transition. Be an evangelist for cultural transformation by focusing on client and performance-centric. Initiate HR Analytics templates for HR Dashboards. ? Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
? Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
? Assist HR with recruiting when necessary. ? Should be a very strong people person with excellent communication skills.
? Should be very familiar with skip-level meetings.
? Should be able to think outside the box. Be extremely innovative.
? Help promotes a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
? Work with senior stakeholders.
? Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
? Support worker communication with the management team.
? Work closely with stakeholders and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
? Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?1,300,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:
