Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA). Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs. Conduct regular audits of HR processes and employee records to identify compliance risks. Provide guidance and training to HR staff and management on compliance issues and best practices. Coordinate with legal counsel on regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to internal policies. Manage and investigate employee relations issues related to compliance concerns. Prepare and maintain reports required for regulatory agencies and internal use. Support the company's efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) compliance. Assist with internal and external compliance audits and respond to inquiries. Keep abreast of industry trends, changes in laws, and best practices in HR compliance.

Pay: ?26,221.68 - ?35,149.16 per month
