Scrabble has been mandate to hire Manager - HRBP for an Investment Banking Company .
Location : Mumbai
Qualification - MBA (HR)
Industry - BFSI
Experience - 6 to 10years
The Pre-requisites for the role are:
The HRBP will be a HR Generalist with focus on Organizational Development
- The HRBP plans Organizational Development, develops, implements, and administers developmental and training programs for company employees. The manager also acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.
- Provides performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Engage with business groups in identifying Hi-Potential talent and design and implement framework and practice for the development of Hi-Po's.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs for senior employees and construct learning and development interventions for the set of employees
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
