Role: Clinical specialist / Subject matter expert (B. Pharma/M. Pharma/MBBS/MD doctor) for the client projects

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct secondary literature review to source, analyze and present insights / recommendations from data for different diseases based on client's need
• Understand the treatment paradigms (line of therapies; patient journey), market trends (epidemiology), unmet needs based on the published literature and guidelines
• Convert clinical trial protocols into standardized codes (ICD, CPT, HCPCS, NDC, LOINC etc.), depending on the project requirement
• Act as a valued subject matter / clinical expert externally, and mentor junior staff internally
• Standardize pharmacy and laboratory data coming from different providers / hospitals
• Reveal market opportunities with data assets and expertise using Real-World Data [healthcare claims / electronic health records] and get the analytics-driven insights
• Work independently on the projects [understand clients' requirement, frame the methodology, prepare the deliverables, quality check and present the results], as and when required
• Interact and build relationships with clients and other team members
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Strong academic background with B.Pharma/MPharm, MBBS + MD (any specialization) from a premium University; additionally, those having MBA/PGDM (any specialization) would be preferred
• 8 - 12 years of relevant professional experience from within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, academia or consultancy organizations, previous healthcare analytics experience would be advantageous
• Experience in the US Healthcare and coding, Health insurance knowledge, managed care experience
• Thorough knowledge of development and commercialization aspects of the biopharmaceutical industry, especially in the US and EU
• Knowledge of basic statistics, those with advanced statistics would be preferred
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Proven leadership and motivation skills and the ability to maintain high levels of energy and engagement
• Excellent client-coordinating and internal communication skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skill

Preferred Qualification:

• Basic SQL knowledge
