Looking for an Associate Manager Data analyst having knowledge on Data migration, advance SQL, ETL, & Visualization tools.
Candidate should have strong programming skills in SQL Server, SSIS, data migration & must have team lead experience.

Engagement & Project Overview

OGA Fin IT-Opx team works to develop applications for Finance and Quality team. Each developer works with end user to get requirement and develop scalable application.

Primary Responsibilities:

This position requires resource to analyze business requirement and work on data migration, applying optimization techniques, advanced SQL, SSIS & will be responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, conducting analysis, performing normalization operations, and assuring data quality. Resource would need to work on creating specifications to bring data into a common structure, creating product specifications and models, developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights, and presenting recommendations for use. Roles in this function could partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization.

  • Able to fix jobs due to logic/code issues and able to do jobs modifications based on the requirements
  • Manage and prioritize multiple project/work-streams
  • Lead a team of 2-3 data analysts for data migration
  • Contributes to or helps drive architecture/design, technology, and tool decisions and implementations
  • Able to analyze the code, understand the purpose, modify the code to run successfully
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively and efficiently
  • Good communication skills and interact to the customers on frequent basis
  • Flexible to work as per business schedule
  • Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
  • Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
  • Advanced SQL
  • Manage/create SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems
  • Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations
  • Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
  • Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
  • Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement
  • Provide support for critical production systems
  • Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members
  • SSIS, Data migration
  • Work on ETL tool to either load data or run scheduled jobs
  • Work on data migration projects as per requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate with over 7 years of relevant experince
  • 7+ Years of experiences on Advanced SQL & data migration concepts
Preferred Qualification:
  • SQL server, SSIS & data migration concepts
