Position Title

Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Business Acquisition Analytics.

Position Summary

Responsible for Market and Business Analytics related to bids.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify differentiators for the company.

• Develop and update database for all the historical transmission TBCB bids. Upgrade the data visualisations of the databases for seamless management reporting

• Tracking the upcoming market opportunities and strategizing to build differentiators to win those oppurtunities

• Tracking the market cost of equity and debt and publishing management reports on that

• Build presentation as per various requirements related to bid strategy, planning, market development, competition update etc.

• Analysis of analyst reports, regulations, guidelines, policies, orders, etc. to extract relevant key insights for the business development initiatives

• Working on new business ideas planning and business strategy

• Forecast and planning for business Acquisition for Infrastructure projects

• Updating & upgrading financial models as per the changing business environment and needs.

• Support bidding/business development team with tender-specific asks and requirements with key stakeholders.

Critical Success Factors - Essential

• MBA (Finance), Master in Finance, with 3+ years of work experience in Market/Business analytics/Financial Research.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Power point, MS Excel, MS Word, Preferably, exposure in infrastructure sector, corporate tax laws, regulatory, policy, capital structuring, risk analysis, sensitivity/ scenario analysis.

Critical Success Factors - Desirable

• Experience in industry/market analysis of infrastructure projects preferably Power Generation(renewable)/Transmission.
• Financial modelling, macros, Power BI knowledge.
• Experience of more than 2-3 years in infrastructure / consulting preferably in Power.
• Understanding of Policy and Regulatory outlook of the Power/Transmission segment.
