Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Actuarial Data Analytics
You will operate as Data Analytics Manager for Insurance Analytics Service Line and work closely with Claim, Underwriting and Finance service lines for solutions design, client discussions, and solution delivery. You will function as an overlay of existing technical and domain specialists and bring value through analytics solutions.
You will be encouraged to be passionate about Insurance industry’s realities and know how to seek these using data, analytics and technology.
Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact for the assigned analytics engagement and solutions. Develop and craft predictive analytics based solutions using Python to seek business problems in Life and P&C insurance Claim, Underwriting, Finance, Actuarial and Data Management. Experience in managing client engagements in analytics, team management and talent development. Providing Analytical & ML based solutions, data engineering solution with a focus on data stores, cloud Infra management & automation with associated eco systems. Crafting web based application including Design, Build, infra provisioning and deployment.Qualifications
Minimum qualifications MBAs/Post Graduation in Quantitative Science, Statistics, Economics, Computers, Engineering etc. We need expertise in Python, Data, Insurance and Analytics.
Preferred qualifications Prior experience in managing analytics engagement in Life, Healthcare or P&C Insurance Industry. Experience in database setup, design, programming, testing and implementation using SQL Server, Postgres, My SQL, Big Data, Hive, Mongo-Db with standard practices and procedures. Experience in managing the DevOps & Agile practices with tools like Rally, Jenkins & GitHub.
