Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) team helps drive profitable business growth by reducing the risk of fraud and maintaining our customers' confidence in the security of our products. It utilizes an array of tools and ever-evolving technology to detect and combat fraud, minimize the disruption of good spending and enable best-in-class compliance. The team leads efforts that leverage data and digital advancements to improve service and risk management as well as enable commerce and drive innovation. Risk Products and Data Strategy team is responsible for collaborating with Risk Strategy teams to enable best-in-class risk management decisions across entire customer life cycle.
Purpose of the Role: Lead team to deliver best-in-class solutions for data derivation layers , its organization and rollout on Bigdata Tools and Framework for portfolios including Consumer and Commercial for global markets.
Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers and analysts to deliver best-in-class solutions for Organized data layers. Manage the delivery of risk variable derivation, organization, and rollout on proprietary cornerstone/ODL platform using Big Data Tools and Framework Implement strong data quality controls in entire data management process with 100% accuracy and 100% on time delivery. Collaborate with senior business stakeholders, product owners and technology partners across multiple geographies to design and deliver critical initiatives with high sense of urgency Drive automation initiatives within existing processes and fully optimize delivery effort and processing time. Follow industry best agile practices to deliver on key priorities Identify, evaluate and Mitigate Risks Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies Provides continuous support for ongoing application availability
Critical Factors to Success: Business Outcomes: Design and develop the next generation of data warehouse (Cornerstone) for Risk. Lead the development of organized data layer using centralized data definitions. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects with 100% on-time delivery Drive capabilities innovation & resultant business growth by applying existing & emerging technologies to deliver against customer goals Leadership Outcomes: Put enterprise thinking first, connect the role’s agenda to enterprise priorities and balance the needs of customers, partners, colleagues & shareholders. Lead with an external perspective, challenge status quo and bring continuous innovation to our existing offerings

Academic Background:

Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science or related streams Past Experience: 5+ years relevant experience Academic Background: Top tier engineering colleges
Functional / Technical Skills: Strong Hive, SQL skills Knowledge of Big data and related technologies Understanding of Project Management Advanced data manipulation techniques
Knowledge of Platforms: (Only for internal candidates) Cornerstone / Teradata warehouse
