Job Purpose
Business Challenges: The strategy adopted by the market participants in order to actively and aggressively source business has a key impact on the market dynamics. While there have been service providers who have remained consistently focussed on the risk business, there have been other players who have adopted a very aggressive. Hence how we fare in the market also gets influenced by what strategy these participants pursue.

Accountability
Supporting Actions
Acquisition of new partners to improve distribution scale and spread.
Tie up with at least 10 additional relevant distribution partners
Develop these relationships to drive additional retail sales to achieve desired scale.
Achieve GWP targets with the assigned and acquired partners
Drive sales through existing channel partners - identifying and activating new sanctions and geographies for attachment of our loan secure plan
Drive sales through new partners acquired - bringing out the distributor value proposition and ensuring that
Strategy to deepen the acquired relationships and gain mindshare of the channel partners.
Plan and Interact with partners at regular intervals.
Drive channel strategy as per cos directives to increase revenue growth
Take regular feedback from channel partners to innovate products and solutions at an organizational level
Pursue client specific requirement along with channel partners to support conversion
Weekly tracking of business growth. Seeking support from various stake holders towards closure of business
Train, develop and motivate partner sales and service team members to achieve the functional goals
Train & develop partner sales and service teams to enable them to pitch effectively to new customers and thereby achieve the business numbers.
Motivate and help partner employees to attach more leads and close them in timely manner.
Improve the company's share of attachment.
Ensure design and implementation of cutting edge Sales Management Practices
Collaborate on creation of appropriate training plans
Ensure adequate recognition platforms and programs to reward performance.
Ensure communication of objectives, new initiatives and programs across all levels
Market Intelligence
Observe, understand changes in products and distribution strategy of competition and communicate the same to seniors.
Update and send MIS reports
Maintain MIS in the assigned format on a daily basis and liase internally basis loans sourced, sanctioned and ensure daily flow of MIS.
P & L
Working with zonal team to focus on conversions and retention of profitable clients
Track the Loss ratios of partners and ensure that they are within planned limits. Study early warning signals where applicable and advise necessary changes.
Renewal persistency
Decoding client's requirement, pain points and opportunity areas
Providing need based solutions to clients to increase stickiness.
This would involve building & strengthening relationships across the various stakeholders within the company, within the concerned partner for the account as also within the internal stakeholders in the co. to ensure that the offering we propose, meets their expectations.
Minimum Experience Level
5 - 8 years
