Job Description


Job Title: Manager, Governance Risk & Compliance Location: Thane (WFO) - (This IJP is open for Thane/Mumbai employees) This role will be focused on security operations\' delivery for assigned customer contact centers. Participate in establishing a program to deter, detect and mitigate risks, including establishing capability to monitor and audit information, evaluate personnel security information, establish employee awareness, driving assurance test and supporting internal and external audits. Consult with Business to ensure balance is maintained with compliance to deliver the best security solution within the contractual, regulatory and CNX standard offering limits. Involvement in technical discussions and solutions to ensure best and the out-of-the-box ideas are disseminated to meet security with business. Responsible for driving assurance tests like the security health check of the operations, training, physical security, ID Validation etc. to ensure the CNX Standard/Contractual requirements are established and measured as per the requirement. Require results to be achieved through direct interaction as well as influencing other internal groups or individuals. Support incidence response and investigations, as required. Responsibilities: Design, implement and lead a risk management strategy for the account Support the program on embedding a risk aware culture Establish and quantify the program\'s \'risk appetite\' and ensure risk approach adheres accordingly Horizon scan to increase awareness of risks affecting the business Ensure compliance with contractual, legal and regulatory obligations whilst taking a commercial and practical approach to risk based challenges and offer appropriate solutions Continual drive for enhanced efficiency and client service (internal and external) in all Risk and Compliance processes Develop, lead and motivate the Risk and Compliance team to maximize effectiveness Ensure senior management remain informed of contractual, legal and regulatory changes and their obligations under these changes and how they impact the Group Provide regular reports to Senior leadership and relevant functions detailing any current issues or information as required Corporate governance involving risk reporting to stakeholders Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization Proactively identify opportunities for product and service enhancements, working with the key functions to deliver improvements Conducting review of all time bound Security Calendar Activities and ensure closure of all related tasks Practice IT Security Operations\' processes executions and measurements, delivery and take corrective actions as required. Coordinate and support CNX/Client/Internal/Standards (PCI, ISO 27001, SSAE16 etc.) testing Gather customer requirements/contractual obligations and ensure compliance at the location Facilitate customer audits, assessments andinspections, including pre-audit and post audit deliverables, pre-audit preparationsand execution of remediationplans Understand the Global Security requirements, Regulatory, cross country laws, contract interpretation and maintain security & compliance while balancing the business requirement Build & maintain documentation for all procedures, as required to continually improve levels of service & efficiency and meet quality standards. As and when needed, lead a team of Analyst/Sr. Analyst/Similar role. Accountability: Accountable for Location/Account level activities: Support implementation and maintenance of security practices which provide protection for the facility, information, equipment and personnel in accordance with Customer requirement Conduct technical and information security activities i.e security education document and material classification and control and records management. Maintain and enhance compliance to customer security requirements Conduct and lead internal assessment for the contact center, covering all aspects of customer requirements and at the expected periodicity.
