- Responsible for developing and managing technology engineering processes and procedures aligned with global strategy.
- Responsible for technology engineering services including various cloud offerings, on-premises and edge infrastructure landscape.
- Ensure service transformation, continuity strategies, operating budget, and support contracts can meet the business requirements.
- Use highly complex information technology knowledge to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
- Will work with diverse areas of the technology infrastructure, which includes managing highly complex technical environments and managed services contracts under an As-a-Service commodity service delivery model.
- Drive technology changes/transformations which can bring in business outcomes and deliver overall value to TMF.
