Job Title: Manager GCS CEO Office (80-100%) We are looking for a dynamic and positive self-starter, who will work hand in hand with the Head of CEO Office of Global Clients & Solutions (GCS), directly supporting the CEO of GCS and working with his Leadership Teams to efficiently get along with internal and external clients, partners and stakeholder. In this role you will report to the Head of CEO Office GCS and be the sparring partner in handling the activities of the CEO Office including but not limited to interactions with Swiss Re\'s key clients, c-suite brokers, highly rank government officials and in attending of the most crucial industry events such as Monte Carlo and WEF. Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills, along with high EQ and ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment are some key attributes required for this role. Are you ready to enrich your career in the newly created Global Clients & Solutions division If YES, your key responsibilities would be: Supporting the driving of the BU priorities Prepare regular deliverables such as quarterly presentations to Board of Directors and other top governance and/or executive bodies Handle/Support special and ad-hoc projects Be a process manager for the Executive Office Build and drive Global key c-suite events Monte Carlo Press Conference World Economic Forum Be ready for other large industry events and press publications Support daily business (CEO related) Preparation of engagement materials for the CEO Support the CEO in the daily operations, e.g. presentations to internal and external audiences, like the annual meetings with the Rating Agencies Act as facilitator for all documents and feedbacks submitted by his team or other partner/collaborators and other internal bodies To prepare for the committees and evolve as the key point of contact on matters related to the CEO Office About the Team You have an opportunity to become a part of the GCS CEO Office team responsible to run, support and handle the executive office.
