Position: Manager- Sales & Marketing (Agribusiness) About AgroKisan AgroKisan a brand owned by Krishi Samriddhi Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an innovative Agritech Company leveraging cutting-edge technology to revolutionize agriculture in India. To Boost the production of green fodder, AgroKisan provide hydroponic fodder production solution to the Dairy farmers. As we continue to expand our reach in the dairy farming industry, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as Manager- Sales & Marketing (Agribusiness). Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential dairy and Goatery farm clients interested in adopting hydroponic fodder solutions.
• Conduct market research to understand the needs and challenges of dairy farmers in the target region.
• Engage with dairy farm owners to assess their specific requirements and challenges.
• Present and demonstrate the benefits of our hydroponic fodder systems, emphasizing increased efficiency and improved nutritional outcomes for livestock.
• Collaborate with the technical team to tailor hydroponic fodder solutions based on the unique requirements of each dairy farm and cost estimates to potential clients
• Oversee the installation process, working closely with the installation team to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy farm clients, acting as the main point of contact for all post-sales activities.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide continuous support to foster long- term partnerships.
• Manage field sales officer to achieve sells target.

Qualifications:

• MBA/Master degree in Sales & Marketing
• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experiences.
• Experience in Agribusiness is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
