Overview
Supports partners in nationwide and global efforts. Identifies, develops and manages multiple customer relationships at an executive level to position TD SYNNEX Capitals overall value to the organization, while providing management with strategic direction and plan implementation to drive maximum market share.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Creates and owns strategic business plan that include:
Partner Value proposition and offerings
Develop custom programs and provide on-boarding guidance
Develop and managed strategy for assigned territory and subsequent customers
Comprehensive plan for new business and installed base to drive market share
Establish quarterly and annual sales goals, reporting and reviewing actual vs goals
Monthly sales review and action item list
Quarterly business review with management and internal/external customers
Develop and enhance our executive level customer relationships
Grow share of wallet through business analysis
Serves as a mentor within financial solutions sales team
Stakeholder management for both internal and external customer management
Job Level Specifications:
Expert knowledge of financial solutions, various structures, and pricing strategies
Work is performed under very limited direction. Has considerable latitude in determining best approach to sales and service tasks.
Maintains excellent rapport with new and existing client's executive management teams
Provides strategic input to sales management.
Actions impact the organization. Failure to accomplish work or meet customer expectations will result in the inability to reach crucial organizational sales goals and may cause long-term damage to client relationships.
Work Experience:
6+ years' experience in financial solutions environment
Experience working with Technology vendors and enterprise level resellers a plus.
Education and Certification(s):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
Possesses expert knowledge of financial solutions programs and operational processes
Exhibits the ability to interface with the customer of increasingly more complex engagements (Assigned portfolio is typically comprised of increasingly diverse customer base of strategic accounts)
Responsible for selling financial solutions, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts.
This role is typically assigned to large and more complex accounts.
