Responsible for finalizing financial statements as per IND AS & IFRS
Ensuring compliance to group accounting policies, local accounting standard, practices & principles. Ensure accurate and timely closure financial books of accounts.
Responsible for monthly, Quarterly & Yearly closing of books of accounts.
Responsible for audit of financials statement and Interaction with statutory auditors (Big 4), Internal auditors.
Ensures application and compliance to SOX / Internal Controls
Preparation & finalization of Cost Accounts and Audit coordination with Cost Auditors.
Responsible for GL Management, Reviews, Reconciliations, including controls/oversight over fixed asset and payroll accounting.
Reviews and approves the complex manual journal entries.
Close coordination & liaising within finance department (Tax, Treasury, Project Finance, AP, AR) & Business Operations.
Review of Overhead costs of the Company and ensure overhead allocation to various projects & its monitoring.
