Job Purpose :
Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, driving data-informed decision-making and ensuring execution of high-impact business initiatives. This role involves synthesizing complex business data, tracking strategic projects, and delivering actionable insights to support enterprise-wide goals. The Strategic Analyst will act as a key liaison across functions and geographies (SMT's & UH/ senior leadership), ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of strategic priorities.

Context:
Operate as a core member of the CFO's office, providing analytical rigor and strategic oversight across a global business spanning 12 countries.

Supporting Actions
Strategic Business Analysis & Insight Generation
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of internal performance metrics and external market trends
  • Deliver executive-ready summaries and dashboards to support CFO decision-making
  • Identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities through data modeling and benchmarking
  • Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles with data-driven inputs
Project & Program Management
  • Maintain a centralized tracker of strategic initiatives and ensure the various initiatives are being driven with timely execution
  • Monitor progress, flag deviations, and proactively follow up with stakeholders
  • Provide weekly updates and risk assessments to the CFO on key deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Be regularly involved in special projects being monitored by the CFO in Finance, Procurement, Insurance, M&A, Strategy, and business growth.
  • To coordinate & liaise with various functional teams, external agencies (if required), Central Cell and other group businesses to collate/gather information, consolidate information into actionable items, to monitor progress & ensure timely completion of the tasks.
  • Monitor the progress against the targeted outcomes, target dates & report for deviations if any
  • Follow up & liaise with respective teams for timely execution
Market, Customer & Competitive Intelligence
  • Analyze customer segments, macroeconomic indicators, and competitive positioning
  • Prepare strategic briefs and scenario analyses to inform market entry or expansion decisions
  • Leverage external research, industry reports, and internal data to forecast trends
Strategic Communication & Executive Reporting
  • Develop high-impact presentations for senior leadership (e.g., SMT, Board, P&B reviews)
  • Draft CFO communications, monthly letters, and strategic updates to business teams
  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives for internal and external stakeholders
