Manager - Record to Report Overall Role Purpose : . Deliver seamless services on Record to Report for GSC Finance. Services includes GL Maintenance, Interface Management, Bank and Cash Management, Month End close & reporting & B/s Account Reconciliations . Demonstrate domain expertise on accounting, providing direction to complex accounting scenarios and guidance to process improvements. . Perform Crest Close & resolve Validation Errors . High requirement of Cross-tower collaboration in driving timely closure of Financials & resolving any challenges . Providing Direction & Coaching to team as appropriate . Strong sense of accountability to be demonstrated in delivering the services . Deliver continuous improvement / best practices suggestions by analyzing existing solutions . Maintenance of Internal Control requirements, act as gate keeper & liaising closely with Auditors during External or Internal Audits Key activities: Prepare and share all the KPI reports to BP and organise the engagement with BP Proactively identify process gaps and opportunities for failures and take necessary actions Maintain good communication and working relationship with BP Involve and support on DGF project initiatives Roll out new applications or enhancements to all users Drive Monthly Performance Calls with Stakeholders Skills/Knowledge: Knowledge & strong exposure on Accounting process Experience in DGF specific software (JBA, Crest, Blackline) mandatory Knowledge of forwarding / Logistics industry and back office operations Should have Analytical and problem solving skills Expected years of experience: Min 12-15 Years of relevant experience Educational Qualifications: B.com/C.A -Intermediate/ICWA Intermediate/MBA Finance/Masters Degree
