CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAnchor PAN India Trade Distributor Claims Management: Spoc from Finance for Trade teamLead team handling TT claimsStrong monitoring and control of PAN India claims flow by RegionEnsure smooth FnF and replacement of Distributor with no outstanding/claimLiaise with stakeholder/cross functions - Trade, Commercial Excellence, Legal and OEC for policy closures and interpretationMIS reporting Verifying and processing of DB claims of specific Regions allotted: Maintaining TAT of 15 working days for clear claimsEnsuring CFM0060 compliance and all relevant SOPsMaintaining Claims TrackerMIS reportingNDCs and Balance Confirmation: Collecting and tracking NDCs and Balance confirmations periodicallyLedger review and controlEnsure ledger hygiene by having periodic review of ledgerLiaise with Business Supply Chain and CFS to ensure proper ledger maintenanceValidate the ledgers with One Click to disseminate correct ledger information to field colleaguesCollections analysis and follow upReview open items and invoices from ledgersFollow up for open invoices with Trade team/stakeholdersAudit requirementsRegularly attend to and update Audit requirementsOther Deliverables/Projects/MISMIS/Projects that may come up basis dynamic requirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum EducationPost- GraduationEducation LevelMajor/Field of StudyPost GraduateFinance, Commerce. MBAMINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCEExperienceExperience DetailsMinimum of 5 yearsExperience of 5-7 years would be preferable.Should have thorough knowhow of Distributor claims processShould have good stakeholder management experience and expertiseShould have understanding of business, its key drivers and the impact on the business of the company and drive company policies effectively.Should have knowledge in Core Accounting. Collaborate with other functions in ensuring process and controls are maintained.Possess strong analytical skills and high integrity.
