Key Objective of the Job:

- Efficient Resource to handle Finalization of Accounts,

- Accounts Payable,

- Statutory Compliances,

- MIS,

- Budgeting & Planning

Major Deliverables:

- Monthly accurate finalization of books of accounts in compliance with Accepted Accounting Standards, Audit Practices & Statutory / Regulatory Provisions

- Maintaining complete, up to date & accurate statutory books of accounts / documents / vouchers

- Ensuring Statutory & Audit compliances at all points of time (Direct & Indirect Taxes, PT, PF etc.)

- Smooth and efficient functioning of Accounts Payable & Receivable system

- Coordinating with Auditors and ensuring timely & accurate completion of audit

- Ensuring accurate accrual of Revenue Income through thorough verification / validation

- Submission of Periodic reports to TML within set timelines

- Preparation of Financial Statements, IFRS financials & XBRL reports

- Exploring SAP to full advantage & automation of processes

- Liasoning with Tax Authorities for Income Tax / Service Tax etc.

- Preparation of monthly MIS reports with analysis on budget v/s actual for Sr. Management / Board

- Providing support in preparation of Annual Budget, Mid-term Budget, Long Term Plans and quarterly forecasts etc.
