JOB DESCRIPTION: Core Job Responsibilities Be a business partner and help commercial team to achieve topline and division margin Provide MIS support to commercial teams Drive forecasting exercise for the business at end of each quarter factoring latest trends and events impacting business outcomes Be part of monthly business reviews and provide MIS to business basis which they can take decisions Co-ordinate with demand planning team and supply chain team to ensure optimum inventory level such that there is neither sales loss nor excess inventory holding Closely monitor near expiry stock and raise alert to business on products which are likely to hit expiry if not liquated in time Review and provide approvals for Field targets, field incentives and promotion inputs Discount approvals and Institution tender rates approvals Monitoring market returns and sensitizing business New products business case approval followed up by actual performance monitoring Adherence to compliance policies and constant monitoring and enforcement Supporting backend team doing accounting and auditing Field working and visits to carrying and forwarding agents Education & Experience: Education: CA Experience: 5 Years + The salary for this role is between: N/A JOB FAMILY: Financial Planning and Analysis DIVISION: EPD Established Pharma LOCATION: India Mumbai : BKC Building ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS: WORK SHIFT: Standard TRAVEL: No MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Not Applicable
