Core Responsibilities
Platform Management & Improvement
- Lead Field Marketing Teams Automation (MPOWER) and Business Transformation Projects in a constantly evolving & complex Information Systems Environment
- Lead Process Re-engineering projects in the domain of Field Marketing management & automation
- Interface with cross functional leadership and the field Marketing teams through regular interactions for identifying opportunity areas in Field Marketing processes and new requirement gathering
- Collaborate with the Divisions, SMG, IT & technology partners to release impactful features, coordinate development activity, and track success metrics to closure
- Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.) & quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc.) data into evolution of the platforms
- Produce detailed Specs for new features, including wireframes, user flows, scenarios, business case, platform roadmap & performance metrics
- Regular benchmarking with best practices in the industry with a view to create a best-in-class automation approach, platform & associated workflows
- Shared Support Cell Performance Monitoring and ensuring closure as per agreed Timelines
- Training of HO/ field teams on newer versions releases
Drive Execution Excellence KPIs with Field Marketing
- Standardization with alignment across Divisions on layouts with only requisite differences handled by way of configurations
- With Front line Sales teams involvement increasing on the Market Development activities, the closer coordination between these two systems will help drive synergies for TSI/TSRs & BDE/CMDIs and help in terms of the development, maintenance & keeping them in sync with the evolving Ways of working for both Teams
- Drive Marketing Process and Policy Maturity across divisions who are currently at different levels. A single marketing maturity index will be used to measure verticals and improve processes/execution.
- Leverage the digital execution overlaps across all three entities (TSI/BDE/End user) for mutually exclusive gains.
- Drive Scorecard Automation & usage with Performance Management Team
- Utilising Analytics Inputs to drive Improvements in ways of working in MPOWER & Drive overall execution Excellence
