Job Description

Role Purpose:

Platform Marketing & Engagement (VCCircle.com & TechCircle.in) and Marketing for associated events.

Responsibilities:

- Designing end-to-end social media campaigns and strategizing brand building activities

- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all marketing campaigns

- Manage and execute event marketing plans with strict deadlines across multiple events and trainings organised under the Mosaic Digital umbrella.

- To develop, implement, track and optimize marketing campaigns across all online and offline channels.

- Build online engagement leveraging social tools and create awareness about the Mosaic Digital's events and trainings division.

- Drive partnerships and help contribute to the overall P&L of the event.

- Liaise with the sponsors of Mosaic Digital's events and ensure an exceptional experience while delivering the sponsorships commitments.

- Prepare content for marketing Mosaic Digital's events and trainings and ensure that all marketing collaterals are handed to sales team in time.

- Identifying opportunities for partnerships (affiliate & social media)

- Work with in-house design team and technology team to develop marketing collaterals, websites, social media creative, marketing presentations, and other such collaterals well ahead of deadlines.

- To ensure event display accurately represents the Mosaic Digital brand.

- Audience and delegate acquisition for events.

- Proposal management and roll out

- Website/microsite management (ensure all sponsor deliverables are met)

- Coordination for speaker/jury led promotions.

Professional Experience:

- 5+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement.

Functional Competencies

- Ability to adapt in fast-paced & challenging environment.

- Excellent knowledge of traditional and emerging event marketing channels.

- Strong business communication skills - written and verbal

- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and about marketing automation tools.
