Job Description

• Implementation of ESG management system aligned with ESG standards - GRI, UN Standards etc.
• Implementation of ESG framework and practices for achieving sustainability targets.
• Set sustainability goals & drive progress towards achieving those goals and report results.
• Collection and compilation of ESG data for all locations and support in preparing annual ESG reports.
• Develop quantitative metrics tools and models to help organisation baseline and benchmark energy, water, and waste impacts of their operations.
• Organizing various activities related to ESG, sustainability training, water & energy mapping, and carbon reduction.
• Ensure ESG materiality assessments and other works related to corporate sustainability and ESG reports in accordance with GRI / suitable ESG standards.
• Develop carbon emission, water reduction, waste reduction, sustainable supply chain initiatives and implement
• Drive plants and offices for IGBC certification
• Drive Social and Governance workstreams as per road map.
• Conduct ESG research and peer benchmarking to support strategic planning, goal setting and facilitate conversations with stakeholder.
• Develop ESG & Sustainability capacity building at all levels.
• Participate in the ESG & Sustainability communication plans with stakeholders.
• Ensure ESG related legal compliance includes BRSR, EPR, The Factories Act, 1948 and rules made there under, Central and state pollution control Laws, PESO, BOCW etc.
• Conducting competitions/emailers for creating awareness amongst employees.
• Development and Implementation of ESG manual, policies and operating procedures and practices across the organisation
• Developing and organizing ESG training.
• Prepare QBE functional reports
