About the Role Manager, ERC Policies will support the Global Policy Director to drive ethical conduct throughout Novartis by managing the healthcare compliance policies, guidelines, hand-books and relevant supporting programs with special emphasis on the Doing Business Ethically Program. This position will be a member of the ERC Corporate Compliance Management team and will play an active role to strengthen the Novartis compliance management system overall. Under the leadership of the Global Policy Director, ERC the Manager, Policies and DBE Program will: Support in maintaining the Doing Business Ethically program Maintain and upgrade the global processes for Doing Business Ethically program Maintain and upgrade global Knowledge Hub as well as individual country Knowledge Hub Pages Manage Local Adaptation including reviewing, updating handbook, configuration as well as Knowledge Hub pages Support in review of existing handbooks for update and align with all stakeholders (including cross-functional stakeholders) for review, update and approval Support countries in embedding local regulatory changes into the relevant global processes through local adaptation and ensure smooth implementation and roll out Support training team in developing content for global training Role Requirements Extensive previous experience in Compliance or Compliance related field (4-5years), Experience in project management is highly desirable Experience across divisions and functions in Novartis a clear plus Experience in managing policies in the Pharmaceutical Industry
