Title: Enterprise Sales Manager - Fintech / SaaS (B2B)Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in fintech and SaaS-based B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with enterprise clients in the BFSI ecosystem and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through solution selling and long-term relationship management.This role requires excellent communication skills, deep understanding of financial services, and the ability to position API-based fintech solutions to senior stakeholders across banks, NBFCs, and fintech organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Sales & Business Development- Act as the first point of contact for new inbound and outbound enterprise leads- Drive new account acquisition across fintech, NBFC, and banking clients- Own and achieve assigned sales targets consistently- Execute tactical sales plans including lead follow-ups, meetings, and product demosClient Relationship Management- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers- Sustain strategic customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction- Enable customers to become advocates by delivering measurable business valueSolution & Consultative Selling- Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate fintech/SaaS solutions- Effectively position a full portfolio of products to drive new revenue and upsell opportunities- Act as a bridge between customers and the product team for feedback and customization needsMarket Presence & Brand Building- Establish strong market recall within the BFSI and fintech ecosystem in the assigned territory- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums- Evangelize the company's value proposition across relevant platformsReporting & Market Intelligence- Maintain accurate CRM updates and provide regular (fortnightly/monthly) sales reports- Track competitor activity, market trends, and emerging fintech innovations- Stay updated on current affairs and regulatory developments in the Indian BFSI sectorKey RequirementsExperience : 3+ years of enterprise sales experience in a fintech or SaaS companyIndustry Knowledge : Strong understanding of SaaS, API-based fintech products, digital lending, and BFSI workflowsSales Expertise : Proven track record in B2B solution selling within financial servicesNetworking : Well-connected with banks, NBFCs, fintech startups, and ecosystem stakeholdersCommunication : Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skillsMindset : Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills- Experience selling to large enterprise and mid-market BFSI clients- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders- Strong collaboration skills with product and marketing teamsInterested candidates may contact: Jeevan - 6379049639 (ref:updazz.com)
