After our rummy game hit popularity in the Indian market in 2017, we launched our 3rd Brand Pocket52, a Multi Card Gaming App, which became popular in December 2018 for its innovative new features. Since then Pocket52 has moved on to include Poker, Rummy & Call-Break.

Retention Manager
As Retention Manager, you will be the complete owner of the retention activities for RummyCulture. This will include strategizing the retention and engagement plan; executing the marketing activities and promotions to maximize DAU and revenue from the existing user base. There will be a cross-functional collaboration with Product, Business, Design, and Tech teams to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.
What You Will Do

  • Complete ownership of retention marketing activities and product strategy for scaling up the revenue.
    Plan and Deliver on retention targets within time and budget.
    Own the entire retention and reactivation funnel constantly tracking, optimizing, and improving the same with the combination of data, customer insights, and customer-centric thinking.
    Obsess over customers and deep dive into their engagement with the platform. Use this knowledge to build retention campaigns that convert potential lapsed & inactive users to engaged users.
    Lead the reporting, monitoring, tracking for the different campaigns & also publish appropriate performance dashboards.
    Evaluate and measure the performance of different levers/ properties and drive continuous improvement.
    Own customer metrics like DAU, CTRs, traffic from notification for the business.

What You Will Bring

  • Good at analytics and enjoy driving insights out of data, comfortable working with common analytical tools.
    Must: Hands-on experience of common CRM and marketing automation tools and should have extensively worked in one or more of such tools (Clevertap, Moengage, Webengage etc), preferably Clevertap.
    3-5 years of experience in a retention role in any internet B2C organization.
    Go-getter, someone who can seamlessly transition between high-level brainstorming and ground-level execution with a focus on getting things done.
    Strong understanding of the creative process to drive user retention.
    Demonstrated a steep learning curve and the ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
