Job Description
:
- Manage end-to-end collections for two-wheeler loans across assigned geography.
- Ensure achievement of monthly collection targets (Current, Bucket-wise, NPA).
- Monitor delinquency levels (PAR, DPD, Roll Rates) and initiate corrective actions.
- Handle hard bucket cases, repossessions, settlements, and legal escalations.
- Lead, train, and monitor collection officers, field executives, and agency staff.
- Allocate areas and accounts to field teams for optimal coverage.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and productivity tracking.
- Motivate teams to achieve collection efficiency and quality targets.
